Covenant Cleaning Services cleans outside buildings
When you think of a residential or commercial cleaning service, chances are you think they only clean inside the building. Most of the time that is true, with only a quick front door wipe down.
However with Covenant Cleaning Services we always customize what we clean with each client. We know each home and office is different and make a cleaning list just for you.
That can include cleaning outside the building, both for homes and offices. The most common areas we clean outside are the entrances, porches, decks, seating areas and outdoor break areas.
Cleaning the entrances
The front entrance of your home or office is the first thing your guest or customers see, so keeping it looking it’s best is important. First impressions are everything.
We use a broom or brush to sweep off cobwebs, leaves and dirt around the front door, starting at the top or overhead signage and canopies. Including surrounding windows and ledges.
We empty all trash cans and containers you may have outside. We wipe off any dirt or stains on outside walls around the entrance area and pick up any loose trash on the ground.
We will sweep off the door threshold, walkway and steps as well as any mats. Finally we will give any door glass a good cleaning, taking off all fingerprints, smudges and streaks.
Cleaning porches
Porches can include the entranceway, but they also often have outside furniture, carpets and mats, railings, fans, potted flowers and plants and a wider floor area. They also often have steps or ramps.
Just like cleaning the entranceway we start at the top, dusting down outside ceiling fans, lights, brushing off cobwebs on hanging plants and wall decorations. Always start cleaning at the top!
Next we wipe down and brush off all railings, furniture, tables and outside decorations. Carpets and mats get a good sweep or vacuum, including couches and sofas.
The porch floor gets swept, followed by a quick mop if it needs it. Finally steps are swept clean and any surrounding trash picked up. Every porch is different and we will customize what we clean with your porch!
Cleaning decks and break areas
Finally we get to decks, seating areas and break areas. We will clean everything just like we do porches. However there is often more tables, chairs and trash containers here.
So we will give the tables and chairs a good cleaning, wiping off all stains, crumbs and dirt. Including the bases of the tables and chairs. We will empty all trash and wipe down the trash cans.
The deck floor gets a good sweeping, followed by a mop to get all spots, stains and dirt off. Steps are swept and all nearby trash on the ground is picked up. We will clean anything unique outside also.
