Hello, it’s almost the month of July; how time flies! 🙂 That means the Fourth Of July holiday is just around the corner. Everyone will be celebrating that soon.
Here at Covenant Cleaning Services we have been celebrating something different. We recently moved our office right next door to a bigger building! As you can imagine we have been very busy.
Our old office was at 3601 Conway Rd. We shared the building with Conway Village Barber Shop, which is a great barbershop BTW! Our new office is now right next door at 3603 Conway Rd. Orlando, FL. 32812.
It used to be used by Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal church. They decided to move into a bigger place, so Covenant Cleaning Services took the opportunity to take it’s place.
The building is bigger than the one we had, so we are really enjoying the bigger space! We have our main administrative office to the left, which you can visit anytime during working hours.
To the right is our operations area. This is where we store all our cleaning equipment, break areas and so on. All our cleaning teams come in here to get their items they need each day.
We thought we would give you a sneak peek inside our new building and give you a little look at how we set things up for our staff and cleaning teams. So here are a few pictures for you!
Main office building
This is the outside of our new building if you ever need to stop by. It is 3603 Conway Rd. Orlando, FL. 32812. The administrative office door is the one to the left. The one to the right is for employees only.
We will be putting up a nice big sign near the road soon. It will have both Covenant Cleaning Services and Conway Village Barber Shop on it, since they are right next to each other.
Here is part of the front office. We have three different office areas. We are still in the process of tidying everything up, ha! You are welcome to stop by anytime during work hours. 🙂
Operations area
Our new operations area has two rooms and lots more space than we had before. So we can spread out all our equipment more and put everything in it’s place!
Above is part of our line of vacuums we use all lined up ready to go. By the wall is our residential services bags and buckets of cleaning supplies ready for our cleaning teams to grab.
Above is where we store our microfiber rags, dustmop heads and so on. We have a commercial washer and drier we use to wash all our microfiber rags. We don’t use paper to clean with.
That way we are environmentally friendly, cut waste and microfiber rags are the best for cleaning just about everything anyways! Once they are used too often they are thrown away.
Shelley, the owner of Covenant Cleaning Services treats her employees well. Here you can see tables our cleaners can use to rest, eat and use however they want.
As you can see the boss is getting into the July 4th holiday spirit with red, white and blue decor and American flags. She is giving everyone that day off, so we will be closed. 🙂
Above is another break area our cleaners can use to relax, have snacks and chat. She offers snacks you can buy for only .25 cents each, yum yum! You pay by honor system. 🙂
Here we have a microwave, crock pot, coffee maker, refrigerator to the right and even a popcorn making machine! All employees are welcome to use them anytime.
The last picture above is on a wall inside and sums up what we at Covenant Cleaning Services strives to do. Make our customers happy and smile, glad that they hired us to clean for them!
We hope you enjoyed our little sneak peak into our new office building. We are still putting stuff in place and adding more things. But we are getting there and will have it all done soon!
