Hi and welcome to the final days of August! Yes September is only days away and hopefully that means cooler weather. A little bit cooler anyways!
That means that after taking their normal summer hiatus because it gets too hot, Conway Community Farmers Market at Barber Park in Orlando will host their first 2026-2027 event this September 27th. 🙂
For those who don’t know, Conway Community Market is a non profit organization that was made to bring the Conway area community together once a month to enjoy music, food and arts and crafts.
It is held once a month from September to the following May in our local Barber Park. They take a break from June to August due to how hot it gets those months!
Barber Park is a big, beautiful park located in the Conway, Orlando area. It features ponds, walking and jogging trails, basketball courts, softball court, roller hockey rink, water play area and more.
It also has a soccer field, Pickleball court, kids play area, full bathrooms including changing areas, snack room and two fenced in dog park areas for your doggies!
One of the fenced in dog areas is for small dogs, while the other one is for large dogs. They have benches and water fountains for your dog. The park has many big shade trees to keep you cool.
Once a month Conway Community Market holds a big event in the park. Vendors must register and pay a fee to apply. To apply to be a vendor and find out more click here for details.
You can find a wide variety of items and vendors there. Fresh produce, breads, cheeses, candies and cookies, meats, hand made jewelry, artistic items, crafts and much more can be found here!
They often have live music, food trucks with different yummy foods to choose from, and a different theme for each month. It’s a very family friendly event for the whole family.

The money that is raised at the event go toward helping our local community, landscaping, community charities and financial support of Barber Park itself. There is no charge to visit the event.
If you have never been to the Conway Community Market, be sure to make it to this next one September 27th. Bring your family and friends. You can even bring your dog and enjoy the dog park areas!
