Today is the 31st of October, which means it is Trick or Treat time! Yes today is Halloween finally. Lots of places have some really cool Halloween decorations out this year.
I was in Home Depot a few weeks ago and they had the best, biggest Halloween displays I have seen. Dragons, ghost, full size witches and more. Most lighted up and spoke or made noise.
If you have kids I am sure you will be taking them out trick or treating. Or maybe you will do one of those “trunk or treat” events. That is where cars and trucks park together with Halloween decorations and give out candy to the kids who walk by.
It is safer for the kids and normally starts before dark. So you don’t have to be out late with little ones. It’s not quite the same as old fashion trick or treating house to house though. I suppose you could do both!
Here in the Conway area, where Covenant Cleaning Services is, are some very nice neighborhoods that go all out for Halloween. All the houses are lit up with cool Halloween decorations and lights.
People all dress up in Halloween costumes and stay outside to greet the kids. I’ve been to some and everyone really has a good time! I should go as a cleaner! I could use a mop bucket for my candy bag and sling a mop over my shoulder. 😀
