Way back in 1999 Shelley started Covenant Cleaning Services. It was a one person company dedicated to cleaning homes and offices in her local Conway, Orlando Florida community with hard work and trust.
Shelley quickly grew her cleaning business; hiring trustworthy, hard working cleaners to clean her expanding list of commercial and residential customers. The areas she cleaned around Orlando grew into several nearby communities.

Fast forward to 2026 and 26+ years later and Covenant Cleaning Services is now a well known established Orlando area cleaning company, serving most of the Orlando and surrounding areas!
Because of that it was high time to update and make new cleaning coverage area maps. Many customers who are looking for a cleaning service may believe Covenant Cleaning Services only services a few local communities.
But we actually now service most of the Orlando, Florida area and many surrounding towns and cities. So we have added some new Google maps to our website that shows all the cleaning areas we service.

Above is our new interactive Google map of our full cleaning services area. This shows all the Orlando, Florida areas and nearby towns and cities Covenant Cleaning Services cleans and services.
As you can see, by scrolling up or down or clicking on the + and – icons, or using your fingers on your phone you can expand the map to see more detailed roads, streets and places. Click here to see the stand alone map page.
So just how much of the Orlando area does Covenant Cleaning Services now cover? Well the north part of the map goes all the way up to the Longwood and Winter Springs area. A bit north of state road 434.
It then goes east all the way to Lockwood Blvd. That takes in Oviedo, Alafaya Woods and the whole UCF, or University Of Central Florida area. It stays east of highway 417 as you go south, taking in Storey Park and Lake Hart areas.
The east line ends down south east at Narcoossee Rd and Boggy Creek Rd. That takes in all of Lake Nona, Lake Nona Medical City and makes a straight line west over to John Young Parkway, which forms the lower south west side line.
As you go north on John Young the line goes a bit more west at Sand Lake Rd. That is because it takes in the whole Tangelo Park commercial area, including Kingspointe Parkway. We love cleaning those commercial buildings!
The west side line follows up I-4 and John Young Parkway, where it finally ends north west at I-4 and Williamson Rd, a bit north of state road 434. That makes up Covenant Cleaning Services full service area!
North Orlando cleaning map
We also have a North Orlando area map to showcase what we service in the northern Orlando area. This covers Longwood, Winter Springs, Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Winter Park, Oviedo and the UCF areas, among others.
The south line follows Colonial Dr. or Highway 50. If you live in or have a commercial building in the North Orlando area, chances are we cover it and can clean it! We have many lovely customers in that area.

Finally we have a South Orlando cleaning map that shows the areas we clean around the South Orlando areas. This includes all of downtown Orlando, Conway area, Orlando International Airport area, Lake Nona, Edgewood and more.
We have many commercial customers in the Tradeport Dr, Boggy Creek Rd, Landstreet Rd and Taft Vineland Rd areas. So if you have an office or commercial property around there, we have you covered!
